Davidson Sheen, LLP is pleased to announce that Bryan Mackay has become a partner of the firm. Bryan is a native of the Permian Basin and has nine years of experience representing the people of the South Plains, West Texas, the Permian Basin, and New Mexico. He focuses his practice in the areas of business and commercial transactions, commercial and residential real estate, probate, wills and trusts, general oil and gas law, and commercial litigation and collections.

Bryan is a longtime member and current officer of the Odessa Area Bar Association and Ector County Young Lawyers Association. He was chairman of Young Professionals of Odessa in 2017 and Treasurer in 2018. He was selected to the Odessa Under 40 class of 2019.
Bryan also won the TYLA President’s Award of Merit for 2015-2016, served on the state board for District 17 of the Texas Young Lawyers Association and served on the board for Catholic Charities and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas.

He continues to regularly volunteer his time and talents to several local non-profit and volunteer organizations. Most recently, Bryan was elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon a member of the State Bar of Texas, in recognition of his professional integrity and contributions to the legal profession.
