Mitchell “Gus” Williams

Gus was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October 2021. He is a second-generation attorney from Weimar, Texas. His practice focuses on civil business transactional matters which include entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate, and general contractual matters. Gus also maintains an interest in general civil litigation matters such as commercial business litigation, business dispute litigation, and personal injury.

In May 2021, Gus graduated Valedictorian and summa cum laude at Texas Tech University School of Law. He was also elected to the Order of the Coif by the faculty of Texas Tech University School of Law. In 2016, Gus graduated summa cum laude, with honors from the Honors College, from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Minor in Chemistry.

Gus joined the firm as a Law Clerk in the Summer of 2020. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the movies, working out, and spending time with his wife and dog.
